The best part about this house is that it has a HUGE fenced backyard, as well as a detached 2-car garage, work shed, and a large potential garden. The garage is currently used as storage space and a workshop. There are two parking spaces in the driveway and two on the street.My roommate and I are looking to add a third person to our home in the east side of Boulder (th and Arapahoe). The lease is (April th, , with the possibility of resigning a 1-year lease after that. The whole house is bath. Required for move-in is a $ application fee, a $ lease processing fee, 1st month's rent ($) and security deposit ($).
