This house has a ranch layout amidst the really great country part of East Boulder that still has quick access (~min drive or use the bus stop down the street) to central Boulder but without the hustle and bustle. The best part about this house is that it has a HUGE fenced backyard, as well as a detached 2-car garage, work shed, and a large potential garden. The garage is currently used as storage space and a workshop. There are two parking spaces in the driveway and two on the street.My roommate and I are looking to add a third person to our home in the east side of Boulder (th and Arapahoe). The lease is (April th, , with the possibility of resigning a 1-year lease after that. The whole house is bath. Required for move-in is a $ application fee, a $ lease processing fee, 1st month's rent ($) and security deposit ($). The first-month rent, application fee, security deposit, and lease processing fee are paid directly to the property management company. We split all utilities equally 3 ways (power, water, trash, internet). We also have electric heat/AC, so total utility bills fluctuate throughout the year from about $/month per person.
