Nice bedroom with shared bath, lake house on acres, available for immediate move in! Shared bath with one very neat and clean person. friendly, no drunks or drama. Vibe is the second most important thing in this house, aside from rent on time. Rent can also be paid weekly at two-fifty per week, includes full house use, utilities, and cleaning products. We have WiFi, but no cable. There’s a full size washer/ dryer, fire pit in the big wooded back yard, a dock on the lake for fishing, and Manatee River access included through the HOA.
