The room is in Sarasota, we are 3 miles from the beautiful siesta key.The monthly rent is $950, that includes everything, and the room is available on July 10th, we do require first and last months rent, and also a 200 dollar deposit due to other tenants trashing the place. We are very clean and quiet people, looking for the same, we are very happily married so not looking for anything else.
