The area is Marpole in South Van. There is street parking with no limits - I generally don’t have a hard time finding a spot. Also bus Marpole right outside the building as well as busses on Oak and Granville that go right downtown. Marine gateway skytrain is about a minute walk (or you can take the bus there from right outside the building) also tons of evos in the area generally. ✨ Rent is all-inclusive — utilities and internet are included in the monthly price as well as household things such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
