Parking is enforced Monday - Saturday until PM. but is free on Sundays.Utilities - Utilities run between one hundred twenty and y dollars per month depending on the weather but never cost more than two hundred dollars per month.Internet - Internet is free with the unit and typically gives speeds of two hundred mbps download and two hundred mbps upload.Sublease Fee - We're willing to split the sublease fee of one thousand dollars evenly.Cleaning - The unit will be deep cleaned before the new move in date.Furniture - The queen sized bed frame and living room furniture pictured will be left behind for the new tenant.
