Has an on- laundry mat, pool, picnic areas and courtyards. One of the best areas for convenience with everything you could need (gym, Walmart/HEB, corner stores, gas stations, etc) within just a few minutes drive, some even walking distance. A couple blocks over from S. Congress and a couple blocks south of Riverside so it’s a very decent pricing for the area and accessibility. Right across the street from Mabel Davis park, a large green park with a swimming pool, skate park, basketball court, and kids playground great for kids, teens, and adults all to enjoy. As well as being right across the street from a IRS department heavily secured building and down the street from a secured private catholic university so there’s very little worry about much criminal activity on this specific block as well.
