Room for rent in a house, shared bathroom. Close to UConn and plenty of stores, only minutes from the Farmington mall. There’s a washer and dryer on the first floor. Parking available in large driveway, plenty of storage if you need it! Must be respectful of the house and clean. Access to common areas such as the dining room, living room and kitchen. You will have full access to the internet, AC, and heat. I ask for whoever rents the room to be okay with keeping these common areas clean by such I mean vacuuming/using the swiffer, and also must be okay with some occasional snow shoveling ect when it happens.
