I own the home, but decided to switch careers (less money), so looking for roommates (2 rooms available); 3 blocks from Alberta Street (restaurants, bars, & shops), plenty of street parking, yard with fire pit and garden area, large fenced yard, 3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow built in 1906; shared utilities ($100 per month); $1750 for move-in ($875 for rent, $875 for security deposit); plus pet deposit if applicable, $425; although I don’t smoke, smoking ok outside; there is also a half-basement with exercise area, exercise equipment, laundry and storage; AC and heat via minisplit system (energy efficient); the home is furnished, but the rooms are not.

Floor to ceiling windows all around and dark vinyl flooring in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. There is A/C and heat in the common area and heat in each room. You would have to pass a credit and income check with the rental company, Avenue5. Management in this building is really nice and easy to work with. The apartment does have a pet fee and unfortunately also has breed restrictions.
