Got a job offer in WPB and I am very new to the area. I have been to WPB twice for vacation. Originally from NYC and graduated from Penn State. I have lived with both male and female so gender isn't an issue with me. I am super clean and pretty much a minimalist. When I'm not at home I'm either working, going out with friends, traveling, or at the gym. I do like warm lighting for cozy vibes.
