Moving to Fla in October(ish) and want to share a place til I learn the area and settle in. Clean, quiet, respectful. Preferably Fort Lauderdale beach area. (Pompano, Ft. Laud, Hollywood). All I need is a cigarette and coffee on the patio, and I’m good. Pets are fine. I love animals.
