Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a room to rent in the Menifee / MSJC area. My budget is $/month including utilities, and I’m looking to move in by April 1st. A little about me: I’m a student at MSJC, going to school for Audio Engineering and set to graduate Spring . I also work, go to the gym regularly, and spend most of my free time with my child. I play football and keep a pretty structured, low-key lifestyle. I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and usually either at work, school, the gym, or with family.
