Need 3+ beds and 2 baths with a space for my art and pet friendly. May rent to buy if it's the right place. I'm building a business as a creative healer/behavior therapist/ordained minister/event curator who specializes in custom healing experiences, cosplay design, art therapy, empowerment/confidence boosters, fashion consulting, custom photoshoots, body painting, mindset improvement, behavior therapy, NLP, CBT, becoming your best you, neurodivergent advocacy, diversity and special needs inclusion, music therapy, peer support and want to start a movement spreading love and art and make healing kool... I'm tired of humans and want us to be better! Offer coaching/networking for prospective models and creatives as well. Willing to trade remodeling and design if needed.
