You will have your own bathroom and bedroom, the apartment will be shared with a year old male professional, Kunle, and Sarabi the cat, his ESA. Rent is $ before fees and utilities. After including fees, utilities and internet, cost is around $ a month.All the furniture you see in the living room photos is Kunle's, so you will be moving into a furnished living space including a couches, a living room tv with tv stand, and a kitchen table with four chairs. The furniture in the bedroom is mine. The bedroom will be cleaned out and all the furniture will be gone, before you move in.
