Hello,I'm in sort of a tight spot right now, and have until the end of March to find a new place. I don't know if I'd be able to renew my current lease then, and I really don't want to, either, as my current landlord has been kind of shady since I moved in. (He lets people into the house - maintenance guys, housecleaners, and even his son once - without giving any prior notice.)I'm currently tight on funds, and don't see that changing, so I have doubts I'll be able to save up enough for a security deposit on top of first month's rent. I currently have about in savings. My credit score is also, not good, like...at all, and I don't know anyone who could cosign for me on a lease.With that out of the way, though, I do have a steady job, and have paid my rent on time for the past nearly three years I've lived in Spokane. I always clean up after myself, and I'm very quiet and generally keep to myself, enough to where I've been referred to as a cryptid by past roommates. I'm also a queer neurodivergent nerd who likes writing, drawing, video games, anime/cartoons, and D&D. I have two cats, both well-behaved and able to live with other animals, though one cat is very shy and will hide from them.I'm hoping that someone quiet and living in a quiet area might be able to sublet to me, as I have disabilities that cause severe distress in noisy environments. I can afford up to a month comfortably, but would prefer something closer to the range so I can save up for a vehicle to tow my trailer. If there is off-street parking for said trailer, that would be even better, but if not, I can find a place to store it.Any and all help in this would be appreciated. Thank you for your time!
