Hello! The listed price is for one room, but there are two rooms available if you’d like to discuss further pricing. Room dimensions are “ (~ square feet). We can also furnish the room for additional cost, or provide an empty space for personal furnishings. The room is on the second floor of our house, has access to a full bathroom, a window overlooking our backyard, and ample closet space. All utilities are provided and you will also have access to the rest of the shared areas in the home, including the kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, half-bath, basement, sunroom, and backyard. We have parking available on our driveway (or in our garage for additional cost). We also have a deep freeze and an additional refrigerator if you prefer to keep your groceries separate. We are located in Olathe, very close to the Nazarene College, several public schools, and Garmin. There are bike trails and parks across the street from the property as well. We have one cat that lives with us.
