One bedroom apartment in a luxury building. The place is beautifully furnished, well organized and very clean. New unit that I’ve had since last year. I'm renting the private bedroom but if looking for a bigger discount on the rent split, you could sleep in the living room on the Barcelona daybed or Room & Board pullout with a tempurpedic topper. I'm primarily advertising for a roommate to take the bedroom. The building Center Steps has a large lounge, a gym, package room and three roof decks. Lower Queen Anne is just fantastic and steps from the Space Needle. I have a medium sized dog that you’ll fall in love with
