Partial furnished bedroom for rent. includes utilities and use of washer/dryer and kitchen. Prefer no over night quests. We have a friendly small dog in the house currently. Not looking to add another pet to the house. I am close to UCF and Valencia. Currently there are 3 of us in the house. Myself my twenty year old son who goes to Valencia and my Mother. We pretty much keep to our selves. Room includes twin bed-small dresser-tv-small fridge, not looking for anyone with pets.
