Hi I’m a traveling nurse that works nites and holidays. I need a rm until around Feb th. My budget is $/month including utilities. I’d like a tv in the rm and the rm to be on 1st floor or no more than 5 steps. I keep to myself mostly and keep my area clean. Thanks Susan
