I’m on a mission to save up to purchase some land in the next year or two so I would like to roommate with someone to optimize this goal. A woman roommate is prefer however I am open to sharing a space with anyone that is easy to be around and is down to earth. This is a spacious bath apartment on second floor. Both rooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit for more privacy with the common areas in the center. There’s a washer and dryer in unit, a balcony for lounging and parking is free.
