Hey, I'm Devon - early s, grounded, honest and transitioning into solo living after a long marriage. I work full time, keep a clean, respectful home, and want a roommate who's mature, kind and easy to deal with . I'm a recently out queer man and building a space that's safe, progressive and free of drama. I love music, tabletop RPGs and my teenage son may visit overnight once in a while. Dealbreakers: No smoking, vaping or of any kind. No dogs or kids living here (though cats rule). But fair warning, if you are conservative or MAGA aligned, this won't be the right fit.
