My lease is coming to an end in Berthoud and I need to move by Jan . Looking for a furnished room if at all possible with a bathroom, i dont mind if shared as long as its clean. I work from home for an insurance company, so i will need wifi and a quiet office space i have my own vehicle and I have no pets. My budget is max to include utilities. I'm introverted but friendly!
