Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in La Mesa asap! I pay $ (bigger room, bathroom is in the room, more closet space and balcony is off of the room) but my roommate is willing to switch rooms if you need to pay less (she pays $) we each have our own bathrooms and keep things very clean! This is a pet friendly apartment. There’s on laundry, central AC, a pool and a small gym. Only half a mile from all the shops/businesses in La Mesa! There is 2 parking spots also, so you will have a parking spot!
