The house is located at the end of a short cul-de-sac- there are no houses on the circle of the cul-de-sac. There is a walking trail beside the property line that connects 2-large parks. Near the JoCo Executive Airport, easy access to highways (-Highway) and shopping/ restaurants. This would be an ideal situation for someone who is in transition or who is mature or a professional who travels a lot. I keep to myself so looking for someone who is quiet, neat, and respectful.No pets; Absolutely no couples or children that would spend nights visiting. Absolutely No Smokers (including vape, cannabis or mushroom products), No alcohol, No Drugs. No night shift roomies considered as it is opposite work shift of homeowner. Sorry but tried this with a prior roommate and it didn't work well.There is only Street Parking available.
