Hi there! I’m Brian, and I have a large room available to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse. I’m located right at St Rose and I- so a perfect spot to zip around town with quick freeway access. We have three community pools and onsite security. A bit about me, I’m and work business hours, but from home a few days a week. I keep things fairly clean, and tend to just keep to myself unless I’m cooking. I have a year old cat, so I’m not open to other pets joining the house.
