This is first come, first serve! I am a house manager, I am currently renting out room shares or a private room depending on the rent. I am located on baseline, near a lot of shops, grocery stores and freeway. Utilities, washer&dryer, wifi, streaming services is included.It is a sober home so no drugs or alcohol is allowed on the property. It is a 6month lease and a deposit.
