New homeowner and graduate student studying physical therapy and seeking responsible young professional or student to move in with me and my boyfriend. We also have two sweet kitties and we are four-twenty friendly (but only smoke outside!) I will have a room available for move-in mid-July. Private bathroom, the kitchen and living/dining room will be fully furnished, and utilities, wifi, and HOA fees are all included in the monthly rent.
