I do construction and remodeling as well as electrical and low voltage looking for a place that has storage to store mostly my tools and I have two kids that come over to stay with me the weekend well behaved and respectful I’m looking for a peaceful place that my kids can come over to visit and the main thing is I’m planing to buy a house with my fiancé so I’m looking for a year contract. Not the party type so you don’t have to worry about strangers coming to your house only my mom and 2 friends that would visit some time. I have a van and a truck the van stay with my driver sometimes they will bring it so I can take it to the shop for maintenance.
