There's a semi private entrance to the basement with ADT security system. Free street parking in front of home. Basement has its own living room with TV, a brand new full-size refrigerator, dinette set, and a large shared bathroom with a gorgeous spa shower surrounded in tile. It's huge. The bedroom kitchenette has a cubic ft fridge, Keurig machine with pods, dishes, microwave, toaster, paper towels, silverware, and storage. Plus, you have full access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room upstairs with LG appliances. No pets! Enjoy Avion Community's pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, BBQ grills in the summer. Basement is shared with one professional male who is yrs old. His room is on other side of basement.
