You can have the bedroom that has the bed in it without the bed or any of the furniture because I will move that to the other room. But other than that, it has a tankless hot water heater so all the hot water you could want laundry room, kitchen, and a grill and a nice sized TV in the living room.

I know the pictures are not showing it cleaned up. I’m not here a lot and most of this will be going out. I will take the bedroom where the floor is being replaced and you will get the bedroom with the bed in it (not with the bed or furniture).
