Move-in September 1 – 12-Month Lease We’re renting out a private upstairs bedroom in our 4 bed, 2.5 bath home starting September 1st. The room shares a bathroom with one other male roommate. Rent is $1,100/month (utilities separate) with a 12-month lease. Security deposit is also $1,100. The home includes a shared living room, kitchen, dining area, backyard, in-home laundry, and shared parking. The house is currently shared with clean and respectful UCSD students and young working professionals in their 20s, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s also responsible, clean, and easy to live with. I'm removing the decor, so you will be able to decorate and move in your furniture however you want. The room is big enough for a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and TV stand (about 130 square feet). I would ideally like a roommate with similar interests, but as long as you’re chill with a Halloweenie apartment that’s enough for me. The apartment already has a lot of Halloween decor in it, and I would ideally like to have it all year round cuz it makes me happy. I love karaoke, going to pop-punk and metalcore concerts, watching horror movies and trashy reality TV, going to spooky events, hanging out with friends, playing on my Switch, and snuggling with my cat. I’m a graduate student studying psychology, so I’m looking for a roommate who is on the quieter side because I have to study a lot.
