Looking for someone who’s down to have movie nights, is preferably pretty clean, and is just overall a sweet person!!

Bathroom right next to the bedroom. I can provide a bed if needed. Utilities are included while used respectfully. If they are abused, we will revisit accordingly. There is some gym equipment in the basement for use.
