I am a Male (33) work in I.T. sales doing the work remotely from my home. The home I am buying in Sioux Falls closes near the end of April when I will be moving in. Looking for young professionals like myself as roommates who are very respectful and responsible. I have a small dog, who is very nice to people. She is about 8 years old and will be in the home, so no other pets allowed. I am a practicing Catholic from a Christian family. Students from universities are welcome as well. There will be a shared main floor bathroom as only one bathroom has a shower. There are two toilets/sink areas. One on main floor, one in the basement. One in the basement is not a "finished" bathroom. Living area mostly shared, though the basement can be accessible privately from the garage. Shared laundry, kitchen, etc. Only one spot available in the garage for a car, so I will be parking there. I work from home though so can park in the driveway, as I rarely need to leave the house.
