You would be sharing the unit and bathroom with a male roommate. Cost:The total rent for the unit is $3063 per month, and $1530 for the unit up for rent. Lease situation:My roommate and I have been at the unit for over a year now and the lease has now moved to a ‘Month-to-Month’ situation. I have spoken with the building owners, and you would not be required to put any downpayment Location:The building is located on Victoria street, right by Yonge and Dundas square.
