This property is located about 7 minutes away from the complex and gateway or about 10 minutes from downtown salt lake city. This is a nonsmoker condo unit equipped with a dishwasher & washer/dryer. This condo already comes fully furnished and the room already has a queen sized bed. This is located about 20 minutes away from the university of utah or 20 minutes away from SLCC. This is a gated community.
