Hello! Have a room available. Closet , has a window and new carpet. The room is now empty and move in ready. Private bath. Have laundry on the property and a kitchen with working appliances. Have a lovely garden in the back along with some orange trees. I am really close to WinCo , Starbucks, Target, Ross, Costco and all of the shopping locations. I have 2 cats and would prefer it if you have no animals. No smoking in my house. Alcohol is okay.
