Hello!

Have a room available. Closet , has a window and new carpet. The room is now empty and move in ready. You would need to share the bathroom with another tenant of mine. But the room is private and will be your space. Have laundry on the property and a kitchen with working appliances. Have a lovely garden in the back along with some orange trees. I am really close to WinCo , Starbucks, Target, Ross and all of the shopping locations. I have 2 cats and would prefer it if you have no animals. No smoking in my house. Alcohol is okay.
