I am a single dad and have shared custody of my year old teenage daughter. I WILL ONLY RENT TO A BIOLOGICAL WOMEN! I am not comfortable with my daughter sharing a bathroom with a biological male. The rent is $ per month. I also have a German Shepherd and a mut cat. The room is clean, furnished, and private.
