Room for rent

I am a single dad and have shared custody of my year old teenage daughter. I WILL ONLY RENT TO A BIOLOGICAL WOMEN! I am not comfortable with my daughter sharing a bathroom with a biological male. The rent is $ per month. I also have a German Shepherd and a mut cat. The room is clean, furnished, and private. Common areas are shared and the bathroom is shared with my daughter when she is with me. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
