Short-Term Christmas Lease in Erskineville + Dog Sitting Opportunity. We're heading back to the UK over Christmas and are looking for a responsible couple (or 2 friends who are girls) for a short-term rental from th December to th January ( days). We’re offering substantially discounted rent in exchange for caring for our beautiful dog, Keira.Ideal tenants will have experience with larger dogs—Keira is house-trained, well-behaved, and has no separation anxiety, so you’ll still be able to enjoy any social plans. She just needs to be fed and walked twice a day. Because we rescued her this year, we prefer to keep her in her familiar environment, so we're looking for dog lovers who can commit to her care.You’ll be staying in our spare room as we’ll be locking the master bedroom for the duration of your stay. The property is a two-story townhouse and includes a dedicated office space, air conditioning, underground parking, and access to full Irish and British TV channels with Netflix, Prime, Disney, Stan ETC.There’s also 1 bathroom with a double sink and bath. We’ll cover all costs for Keira's food, etc.Our -bathroom townhouse is located in Erskineville, just a 5-minute walk to both Erskineville and Macdonaldtown stations, with plenty of local bars, cafes, and a great community vibe.Rent: $ AUD for per night). Christmas in Sydney can be pricey, so this is a great deal for the right dog-loving couple!We’d love to meet you in advance and introduce you to Keira before finalising anything.

Hey lovely people 🙂I am subletting my room in a beautiful shared apartment, in CBD, right across Anzac park.The room is available from th of October till th of December, so around weeks, but can be extended if needed!You will be sharing the apartment with a lovely couple from Italy.The room is furnished of course and it’s open for both couples and single people.There are amenities required for cooking and washing/drying clothes.- pans- cutlery- air fryer- fridge- dishwasher- laundry- drier- toaster- big TV in the living room- high speed internet- anything else that comes, please let me know, we for sure have it, I just probably haven’t listed it.You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, that can you can also filled with hot water and becomes a tub.I’ll be putting away all my items and clothes in a storage room, so you will have the whole space/wardrobe empty for your stuff.There is a pool on the th floor with a heated jacuzzi on the side, with an amazing view of the city.There is also a gym and sauna, all included in the rent, nothing additionally needs to be paid.Rent for singles is aud/w, with one week bond and two weeks rent to be paid.Rent for couples is aud/w, again with one week bond and two weeks rent to be paid.All bills are included in the rent, so that’s all you will be throughout your stay.Feel free to message me so we can arrange a time for you to come and see.Have a great day!
