About the room: It’s a decently sized room with a bathroom across the hall that you don’t need to share but will be the guest bathroom when guests are over. Shared living spaces are pretty large and the kitchen has cook wear and utensils. Unfortunately the landlord has set a cap on the number of animals at 3 so no more animals, sorry.
