Looking for Sept move in

Kiracı | San Diego, CA, USA

Hello! I'm looking to move to San Diego in September (no later than Sept. 16th) from Orlando, Florida! I am relocating for work, as my office is based SD. I work remote full time as a DevOps Engineer in FinTech, but will be doing some more hybrid work. I am looking for either a studio/adu/guesthome or a 2 bed/2 bath with a private bathroom ideally for no more than $1500 in La Jolla, Torrey Pines, or somewhere north (can be open to a 3 bed and other locations if its a good fit). Bonus points if there is a pool- I am from Florida so I live spending time outside! I am looking for girls only, preferably professionals. About me: I am 30, own a friendly boy cat who can get along with other pets well. I am in a darkwave synth pop band called Offerings playing the synthesizer/back up vocals (we are based in Florida but will be doing shows eventually on the west coast!). I am quiet, keep social areas clean, and I do like to go out whether its edm shows, rock/goth events to being active doing acro yoga, mma, rock climbing, paddleboarding. I also like to dress up to go to a nice restaurant or lounge for more low key nights. I don't really know a lot of people in the area but I always give a heads up if I want to have someone over. I don't drink much either, but I enjoy going to Kava Collective whenever I visit. It would be nice to make some friends in the area too 🙂 I consider myself a happy medium of being social but enjoy my lowkey nights as well.
