Near to the house is the Fort Dupont Activity Center, Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, Fort Dupont Ice Rink, Anacostia River Park, easy access to metro stations, including Potomac Ave metro. About 6 miles to JBAB, 4 miles to Fort McNair, 7 miles to the Pentagon, 4.5 miles to the Capitol. Easy access to 295, downtown, Virginia, Maryland. About us: We're in our 40s. I'm active duty military (Army) at the Pentagon, my husband is a federal employee at the Pentagon. We have 3 female lab mixes. They are 3, 6, and 10 years. We also have 1 cat. We don't smoke, drink responsibly. We're very friendly! We love to cook, have company over, entertain, but no ridiculous parties. We love our sleep! About you: No drugs (including pot), illegal activity tolerated. Please be respectful of the property. Must be good with dogs and the cat. If you have a significant other, please do not move them in. The room: Located in the walkout basement. You will have your own room and bathroom. It is located next to what is currently our gym... but we can move that if it is bothersome.
