Must love dogs:) The apartment:Very spacious, wood floors throughout, large living room with natural light, balcony facing west so nice sunsets, kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, coin-op laundry on the 1st floor (we are on 2nd floor), parking garage with our own spots, pretty quiet residential area across from some churches, mini plaza with a Starbucks as well as public library and Target is within walking distance. The room:Large bedroom with 2 mirrored door closets (lots of storage), natural light with a north facing window. Small personal bathroom with shower only, cute and private!

The room is mostly furnished—there are nightstands, a bookshelf, a shoe rack, and a queen size bed + frame with a zip-up mattress cover on it; all you'll need is pillows and sheets. The closet has mirrored doors from floor to ceiling and is triple-wide, and there are some plastic caddies inside which you are welcome to use for clothing or other belongings. The bathroom is yours to personalize! It has a tub/shower combo, a shower curtain, and bath mats. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my mom's and my own personal belongings. The unit has a balcony, dishwasher, A/C, and heating. The oven/stove is electric, and I have a microwave, Vitamix, Kitchen Aid, a little air fryer, and an espresso machine. The property includes pools, jacuzzis, propane grills, a package room with lockers, gym, tennis court, basketball court, private assigned parking, and laundry machines in the garage downstairs. All utilities/internet/services/parking are included in the asking price, and I have pretty much every streaming service that I already split with my bestie which you are welcome to! Pretty much the only one I don't have is Paramount+. I to NBA League Pass, Spectrum SportsNet+, and occasionally ESPN during basketball season, so if you're a sports fan, I got you! The apartment is halfway between USC’s two campuses: 15 mins from UPC (and Museum Row!), 20 mins from HSC. Downtown nightlife is quite close and if you need to go over the hill, North Hollywood is also about 20 minutes away.
