I am looking for a roommate to share my home. My house is too big for just me, but I love where I live. I am in the foothills of Morrison with access to acres of private open space. My basement has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a living area. If you are looking for just one room, then the rent would be $. If you are interested in the entire basement, rent would be $ + utilities. I'd also be open to sharing my gourmet kitchen, and washer dryer in my laundry room upstairs. There is a private entrance but you are also welcome to use the front door. I am about minutes to downtown and just off C so has good access to most everything in the Denver Metro area. I'm looking for a professional that doesn't smoke. I don't have a fence so pets could be a challenge. I do have two very friendly dogs though. I work in government affairs and have crazy hours from January through May. However May to December I am either on my mountain bike, hiking, or camping. I'm new to this in the second stage of my life so just seeing if someone might fit.

Cozy queen bed, dedicated bath, modern kitchen with common appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, espresso machine, vitamix, toaster, egg boiler), home gym with bench and two powerblock dumbbells up to lbs/each, A/C and swamp cooler, front yard, backyard with covered patio and outdoor furniture. If you need a home office, we could also set it up in the basement or in the entertainment area (I have a second work desk and chair). I have a female husky, who is super people friendly and does not howl at all (I know, weird). However, she is sometimes reactive to other dogs. So I cannot host people who are allergic to dogs or people with other dogs. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is a traveling professional, such as a consultant or a traveling nurse.
