The apartment is clean other than the constant dog hair that I clean every day, but I tend to keep all spaces clean. I currently have three animals, so you would need to be comfortable living with pets. The complex has a nice community area that includes a pool and hot tub. There's a gym within walking distance. The bedroom is a good size at 11'x13' and closet is 3'x6'. I’ve been here since the unit was new (18 months) and signed another contract to extend my lease until the end of March 2027. When this lease expires, I'll most likely be heading back to SW Colorado or Southern Alaska. This complex expects any roommates to be added to the lease. A little about me - This area of Montana is new to me. I’m usually in bed by 9pm and up around 4:30-5am. I'm respectful, very clean, organized and expect the same. I enjoy camping, kayaking, snow skiing, watching tv, movies, and playing games on Steam. I have skin allergies to most fur so no animals can be in the apartment. You’d have your bedroom and then a bathroom right next door, a driveway parking spot (is that even a perk worth mentioning? Lol) all utilities are included including internet. There’s a pool table and hang out area in the garage, and a covered back yard patio so I do have friends over but still respectful, communicative, and chill.
