One Mi from Fry's, Safeway and restaurants and has good amenities, 2 pools, spa, fitness ctr and is nice with greenery. Mature and Quiet space. No smoke/vape/ etc! Not looking for any entertainers, just someone who also enjoys coming home to their own place. Cost is Half. Half of expenses, which comes out to approx $ which is pretty standard. (Cable/Internet extra) Not asking a security deposit as I was not charged one moving in.Apt is unfurnished. New carpet in the BR and an unused commode in the bath after being partially renovated after the previous tenant vacated.Feel free to contact with any questions or to arrange a time to come and have a look. Bedroom is very spacious (10ft x 12 ft) with exposed brick & large windows. There is a smaller closet in your bedroom, but plenty of room for a wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom is used as the “den” where there is a sofa and TV for relaxing and getting cozy. I have pretty much every streaming service for you to access. The den leads out to the backyard, which is a full-lot size, and has a table, chairs, fire pit and grill, perfect for any spring/summer weekend! The dining room and kitchen are very spacious with an open concept layout. The kitchen is fully stocked, with pots, pans and every kitchen gadget you can imagine! The apartment is right around the corner from the Myrtle/Broadway “triangle” and is a 7 min walk to the JZM stop. Lots of bars and coffee shops to choose from.
