Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take over a furnished room and private bathroom in our 3 bed, 3.5 bath place! The house is just about an 11 min walk to Ithaca Commons. Move in as early as August 1st. Rent: $1000/month/per person. Landlord covers water, sewer, and trash in full and will cover up to $300 of wifi and electrical combined. Anything beyond the covered amount will be divided amongst the tenants.
