I’m a professional career mom and reside in Indianapolis with my husband of 23 years and two daughters. I am about to start an exciting new job in Lexington and decided I do not want to move my family so I am looking for a place to stay Monday to Friday on a long-term basis. It would be just me, although there may be times when my husband would come visit me on the weekend instead of me driving home. The plan is to drive home to Indy on Fridays after work and come back to Lex on Monday mornings. If my husband visits, it would be very occasional since one daughter is in college and the other is not old enough to stay home alone. But wanted to clarify that, in case someone is worried about visitors. I’d prefer not to have to get a hotel room if I’m rent. At the same time, I understand not wanting a man in your home and that’s something we can discuss if needed. It’s not a dealbreaker for me since we don’t even know how often he’d come down. I have my family and pets that I want to see on the weekends so I’m planning on being home nearly every weekend. ABOUT ME: I’m a 48-year old professional, work as an executive in the banking industry. Non-smoker, non-drinker (although I’m fine with an occasional glass of wine) but also not judgmental. If you smoke outside of the house, I wouldn’t mind. I’m clean, quiet, but also friendly and talkative when necessary. I love all animals so any pets you have are fine by me. I spend most of my time either at work or at home, reading, watching documentaries or horror movies, and I enjoy baking and cooking from scratch. Breads, cakes, European recipes, etc. New job starts August 17 so I can move in whenever. *looking for a furnished room, preferably.*
