Hello! ich bin Louisa (26 Jahre alt) und auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/einer neuen Mitbewohnerin:) Zuerst zum Zimmer selbst: Das Zimmer hat 15qm, eine bereits eingebaute Schrankwand und einen eigenen Balkon auf eine ruhige Straße raus. Außerdem gehört zum WG-Zimmer eine eigene Küche, nur das Bad wird geteilt. Das WG Zimmer ist 1. Stock, genau wie das Bad und alle Zimmer, die ich bewohne sind Erdgeschoss oder 2. Stock. Falls du dein eigenes Auto hast, kannst du eine Garage für 50€ Monat noch dazu mieten. Anbindung an ÖPNV: In Hohenlinden sind wir leider nicht mit einer S-Bahn-Haltestelle gesegnet, daher ist ein Auto definitiv von Vorteil. Das Haus liegt 4 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt und mit dem Bus (Linie 470) kommt man zum Beispiel sehr gut nach München rein. Mit allen anderen Linien kommt man gut und relativ regelmäßig nach Ebersberg, Markt Schwaben, Forstinning... Zu mir: Ich bin ein offener und geselliger Mensch, der aber vor allem zu Hause auch gern Zeit alleine braucht und gern sein eigenes Ding macht. Ich bin aber immer offen für neue Kontakte und unter der Woche entweder bei der Arbeit oder viel mit Freunden unterwegs. Ich fände es cool, wenn man sich so gut versteht, dass wir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickeln:) Ich gehe gern auf Konzerte, bin eine Leseratte und versuche das Leben nicht zuerst zu nehmen:D
